Perhaps one of the most requested add-ons in the feature requests! Inspired by your feedback! Here it is finally, the product card variants add-on. 🤝

With this add-on you make it possible for the customer to select the variants from the product cards, so from the overview pages. The customer no longer has to navigate to the product page to select a variant 🔎

Installation 🛠️

To install this add-on, an implementation from a developer is required . So it may take a while before the add-on is active. Simply click on " Request add-on " and let Plus+ notify our development heroes. 👨‍⚕️

After clicking " Request Add-on ", you would be redirected to " My Plus+ Add-ons " page. You will also see the following message appear in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Add-on settings/overview ⚙️
After installation you will see that the add-on is in your overview , including installation date and status.
​With this add-on, the status would first be "Open" , this is because the developers would first have to add the code to your webshop.

Once the developers are working on this you should see the status change to "Work in progress"

When the developers have added the code, this status will be set to "inactive" , so that you can first set it up properly and then activate it!

To activate the add-on, click on the hamburger menu and choose "activate". Prefer to see a preview in test mode first ? Which can. Click " Activate in preview mode" and the add-on would be visible only to you. So not for the customers !

Settings ⚙️
​

The general settings required for the add-on to work.
​🛒 Show 'Add' button: Does your theme not have an 'add to cart' button on the product cards? Then activate this setting. This way your customers can already add the product to their shopping cart from the collection pages.
​🛒 Show quantity selector at button: Does your theme not have a quantity selector? Then activate this setting.
​🛒 Show product thumbnail: Activate this setting if you want an image to be shown in the dropdown (this is the first image of the product by default)
​ 🛒 Always show standard product image:Does your product not have an image for the variants? Then activate this setting to show the standard product image instead of a 'no image'.
​🛒 Show first variant by default: Have the first available variant automatically selected without the customer having to make a choice first? Then activate this setting.
​🛒 Show out-of-stock variants: Do you want to show out-of-stock variants in the dropdown? Then activate this setting.
​TIP: Activate it in combination with The Perfect Stock, super handy!
​🛒 Show an icon instead of text: Do you want a shopping cart icon instead of a text like 'Add to shopping cart' button? Then activate this setting.
​🛒 Icon:The above setting activated? Which styling should your shopping cart icon have?
​🛒 Show prices: Do you want to show the prices of the variants in the dropdown? Activate this setting!

🛒 Show envelope icon: As mentioned above, do you have the out-of-stock show variants enabled? Then the perfect stock will work with this.
Do you want to show an envelope icon before the text? Then activate this setting.

🛒 White space above & below the dropdown: Of course you want to style it a bit, how much white space can there be above and below the dropdown? Slide the sliders to your liking!

Within this add-on , translation keys are used, with which you can adjust the text of the add-on to your own text. You can do this with custom translations .
