The two ways you can delete discount codes are individually or in bulk. There is no way to recover deleted discount codes. Only remove discount codes if you have a different file with the previously used discount codes, if necessary.
Separately
In your eCom admin, go to Marketing.
Select Remove next to the relevant discount code.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete the discount code by selecting Delete discount code .
Bulk actions
In your eCom admin, go to Marketing.
Check the boxes next to the discount codes you want to remove.
Select X item(s) selected > Delete selected discount code(s).
Confirm that you want to permanently delete the discount code(s) by selecting Delete discount code .
