Get support for your theme

You can receive support for your theme by reviewing the theme documentation, contacting the theme developers, or contacting us.

You can find a theme guide through your eCom administrator.

  1. In your eCom administrator, select Design.

  2. Select Read theme documentation on the right side of the screen.

You can also find a theme manual via the theme store.

  1. Go to the theme store on the Lightspeed HQ website.

  2. Search for and select your theme.

  3. A link is available under Documentation on the right side of the screen.

Contact your theme developer

If you can't find the answers you're looking for in the manual, each theme developer has a support email on the top of the developer's website on the theme page.

  1. In your eCom administrator, select Design.

  2. The developer's contact information, if available, can be found under the Read theme documentation link.

You can get the theme developer's email address from the theme store on the Lightspeed HQ website.

  1. Go to the theme store on the Lightspeed HQ website.

  2. Search for and select your theme.

  3. Under the button Install now, click on Need support?
