Some settings are controlled by Lightspeed settings and others are usually controlled by the theme itself.

Website name
You can change the name of the website as it appears on the browser tab via Settings. In the column General settings click on General.
To change your site's web address, click here.
Text content on home page
The text content on your front page can be added in your eCom Back Office. Click on Content > Homepage. Make sure visibility is ON and type text in the content editor.
Options in the header and footer
You can manage your website header options via Categories.
The options for the footer can be managed by clicking on Content . Find the page you want and click on the title. To add or remove the option from the footer, toggle the visibility on/off and then click Save.
