My customers receive blank emails

The automatic emails sent to your customers are empty by default. You have to write texts yourself via Settings > WEBSITE SETTINGS > Notification emails in the left menu of your back office.

If you have written texts for your automated emails, but your customers are still receiving incorrect information, you may not have added any keys. Some keys are required. Click here for a detailed explanation about emails and keys.
