DMWS Support

At Tools &gt;Files you can add all kinds of files to your webshop. Think of images for text boxes, PDF files, videos, etc. The files are classified by file type in different tabs that you will find at the top right of your screen. These URLs have a secure SSL connection, which you can tell by the https// in the URL.

There is no need to add product images to files. You can add this to a product yourself.

Click on Upload files at the top right of your screen to upload a file to your computer.

In the folder, find the file you want to add and then click Open to add the file.

You can rename the file by clicking Rename to the right of the file. Delete the file by clicking Delete .

Above each text box (such as product content and emails) is a menu. You need this menu to add images and documents.

In the text field menu, click Insert/Edit Image, the icon with the landscape.

A pop-up window will open. In the first input field you must enter the image url (Source) . This is the URL of the image. There is an icon next to this input field. Click on this icon to add an image from the back office (Files).

A pop-up window opens where you can select the image. Click next to the image on Choose file to add the image.

Then enter an image description (Image description) and change the size of the image (Dimension) if desired.

Click Ok in the window to add the image in the text field.

In the text field menu, click Insert/Edit Link.

You can place a link to a file at the URL itself or you can click on the icon next to the input field.

A pop-up window opens where you can select a file. Click next to the image on Choose file to add the file.

Enter the name of the PDF file at Title .

Select New Window in the Target drop-down menu.

Click OK at the bottom left. The text Click here for the PDF file will now become a link to the file.

Pay attention! You can upload a maximum of 500 files up to a maximum of 50MB. The maximum size of one file is limited to 5MB.
