Create text pages
In the left menu of the back office, go to Content > Pages and create convincing content for your webshop, for example how it came about, your vision, the terms and conditions / disclaimer you use or inform visitors to your site about your payment and shipping methods.
Emails and texts
Lightspeed automatically sends emails at set times. For example, when customers place orders or invoices are ready for dispatch. You can manage the content of these emails in the left menu of the back office, under back Settings> WEBSITE SETTINGS > Notifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do your customers regularly ask you the same questions? Answer them on the customer service page of your online store. You can create categories, questions and the corresponding answers in the left menu of the back office, under Content > FAQs.
At Lightspeed you can expand your online store with your own blog (or more), with which you can further develop relationships with your customers. Bring them interesting news, inform them about recent developments in your online store or give them tips regarding interesting applications of the products you sell. You can manage your blogs in the left menu of the back office under Blogs.
Pay attention! The use of H1 tags (Heading 1) in content pages is not recommended, product names and/or titles are H1 tag at Lightspeed al. To avoid confusion, use H2 and H3 tags.
