The following table describes all column headings in a product export.
Language abbreviations in this table are identified by two placeholders: XX or X-language. Match these placeholders to the languages you've enabled in your eCom store. Use the language table here to know how your languages are abbreviated.

01 | Internal_ID | This field turns each product into a unique product or product variant. If a product is unique, give each row a unique number. If you have four products, three of which are variants (for example, sizes S, M, L, and XL that all refer to the same product), enter the same number for all four. You can choose the number yourself and can therefore have any desired value. This column is required when existing products are updated. |
02 | Internal_Variant_ID | This is where the variant ID is created, which can also be used to group items in the Import Wizard. When products are updated, these fields are already filled in. If you are importing new products, this field may be left blank. Note: These numbers cannot be used in Back Office searches. This column is required when existing products are updated. |
03 | Visible | Configure the visibility of a product:

04 | Brand | Enter the brand of the product here. |
05 | Supplier | Enter the name of the product supplier here. |
06 | XX_Title_Short | Enter here the title/name of the product that will be used in the category overview. NOTE: The title also determines the initial URL of the product. For example: You add a product with the title “red sweatshirt”. The product URL is: https://www.yourdomain.com/red-sweatshirt.html Further changes to the title of your product will not alter the URL to maintain search engine rankings. To change the product URL you need to change the Product URL. You can do this manually as explained in Manage Product SEO Data. See Product URLto import changes to the URL. Required when creating new products. Only non-retail eCom versions can create new products using the import tool. NOTE: Click here if you are not sure which version of eCom you are using. |
07 | XX_Title_Long | Enter the long product name here. It is used on the product page and is the H1 page header. This field is required when creating new products. 08 | XX_Description_Short | A short product description, which is shown on the product page. Note: This option cannot be used in some themes. |
09 | XX_Description_Long | A longer description, shown in the information area on the product pages under 'Content'. HTML code may be used in this field, but <div> tags are not supported. |
10 | XX_URL | The URL of the product. NOTE: When you import new products to eCom and this column is left blank, the product name determines the product URL. Only non-retail eCom versions can create new products using the import tool. NOTE: Click here if you are not sure which version of eCom you are using. |
11 | XX_Variant | The name of the variant. When you import or edit product options, complex drop-down menus cannot be used. All variants are displayed in a single menu. For example, Size: 36, Color: black. NOTE: Omnichannel merchants cannot import variant names in their eCom store's default language. If their eCom store has multiple languages, they can import variant names here. |
13 | Price | Enter the current price of the product here, without currency sign, e.g. 49.99 |
14 | Price_Old | Enter a price here if the product price has changed. For example, if the product sold for $49.99 before and now for $39.99, enter 49.99 here. |
15 | Price_Cost | The purchase price of the product in question. This is not visible to your customers. For example 29.99 |
16 | Price_Unit | Price per piece. |
17 | Unit | The unit corresponding to the unit price. Check the file at the bottom of the screen to see all available units. Example: Liter |
18 | Tax | The tax rate, which must be entered as a decimal value, for example 0.20. Required column if using manual loads. European countries, United Kingdom and Australia use manual taxes. |
19 | Stock_Track | Tell the system whether it should track your inventory (N or Y). If you choose Y, the system will use the Stock_Disable_Sold_Out settings |
20 | Stock_Disable_Sold_Out | Choose how you want to track your inventory:

21 | Stock_Level | Quantity in stock of the product in question. Example: 100 |
22 | Stock_Min | Minimum quantity in stock of the product in question. For example, if you enter 10 here, the number in stock may not fall below 10. If you've indicated that purchases will be declined if the product is out of stock, customers will no longer be able to order it when the in-stock quantity drops below 10. |
23 | Stock_Alert | An alert is sent when the quantity in stock falls below the specified value. For example, if you enter 10 here, you will receive a message that the quantity in stock of the product in question has fallen below 10. This message is displayed with an orange checkmark in STORE > Products > Inventory in the left menu of the Back Office. |
24 | Article_Code | Article number of the product in question. |
25 | HS_Code | Harmonized System Code. This number is used by some integrated shipping companies to let customs officers know what is in the package. Example: 1001.11.2013 |
26 | EAN | European article numbering, a unique 13-digit barcode that is linked to the article. |
27 | SKU | Inventory Control Number (SKU), a unique code associated with the item. SKUs are unique codes associated with items and are used to identify product variants. |
28 | Weight | Weight of the product in grams. Is linked to the shipping costs. Use this column if the mass of your products is measured in grams. |
29 | Weight_value | The value of the weight without the unit. The unit as defined in the Weight_unit column. Example: For a product that weighs 50 oz or less, enter: 50. |
30 | Weight_unit | The unit of measure of the Weight_value column. Available units:

31 | Volume_Value | The value of the volume without the unit. The unit is indicated in the Volume_Unit column. Can be used in place of the "Volume" column when units are measured in inches. |
32 | Volume_Unit | The unit of measure of the Volume_Value column. Available units:

33 | Volume | The volume of the product. This amount is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height. Example: 2927.77 |
34 | Colli | The plural form of 'package' (package), i.e. the separate packaging unit for the shipment. Configure this option if you need multiple units to ship a particular product. The Colli option is only used in combination with Paazl. |
35 | Size_X | The width in centimeters. Only visible to customers when comparing products, but also relevant for some shipping integrations. Can be used instead of Size_X_Value if width is currently measured in centimeters. |
36 | Size_Y | The height in centimeters. Only visible to customers when comparing products, but also relevant for some shipping integrations. Can be used instead of Size_Y_Value if height is currently measured in centimeters. |
37 | Size_Z | The depth in centimeters. Only visible to customers when comparing products, but also relevant for some shipping integrations. Can be used in place of Size_Z_Value if depth is currently measured in centimeters. |
38 | Size_X_Value | The value of the width without the unit. The unit is indicated in the Size_Unit column. Can be used in place of the Size_X column when units are measured in inches. |
39 | Size_Y_Value | The value of the height without the unit. The unit is indicated in the Size_Unit column. Can be used in place of the Size_Y column when units are measured in inches. |
40 | Size_Z_Value | The value of the depth without the unit. The unit is indicated in the Size_Unit column. Can be used in place of the Size_Z column when units are measured in inches. |
41 | Size_Unit | The unit of measure of the Size_X_Value, Size_Y_Value, and Size_Z_Value columns. Available units:

42 | Matrix | Only use the Matrix option if you use Paazl for shipments. Each matrix can have its own price group. For example, if a particular product weighs very little but requires a large shipping package due to its size, you can use a different matrix than for regular packages. |
43 | Data_01 | Additional template data is used to specify certain elements of your online store at the product level. What you enter here depends on the connection terms you enter in the template editor. |

49 | XX_Category_2 | The name of a subcategory. This option cannot be edited and can only be used when importing new products. |
50 | XX_Category_3 | The name of a sub-subcategory. This option cannot be edited and can only be used when importing new products. |
51 | XX_Meta_Title | The product name. The meta title is used as a link in search engines. |
52 | XX_Meta_Description | A description of up to 160 characters and a natural flow of text (avoid using words separated by commas). This text is shown below links in search results. |
53 | XX_Meta_Keywords | Keywords are words that describe the main features of a product. Here you can enter words separated by commas. Meta keywords are no longer used by Google. |
54 | Images | Insert one or more image URLs here. A URL must start with http:// or https:// and end with an image extension, for example .jpg or .png. If you want to add more images to the product in question, separate the URLs with commas. For example: http://www.imageexample.com/example_image.png |
55 | Tags | Insert keywords or key phrases for the product here. If you want to add multiple tags, separate them with commas. Example: black floral print shorts |
