Use Lightspeed eCom's Export tool to export your business data from your online store to keep track of what's happening in your business. For example, you can use the Export tool to:
create exports of your orders, invoices and sales to check your sales data;
export all your orders or shipments handled by a fulfillment group;
export all your products to change prices and images and then re-import them;
or export tax data for tax reporting.

At the top of the EXPORTS page, click on New export.
Choose what you want to export from the drop-down menu.

The export appears as In progress. If you are exporting a large amount of data, the export may take a few minutes. When the export is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the export file; or you can download the file directly from the EXPORTS page.

Types of data you can export
Below are the types of data you can export from eCom. The data you select will be exported in a .CSV file.
NOTE: Due to differences in your store language, exports may vary from store to store. At Settings >Store Country you can see which languages you have enabled for your store. Then go Gaherto the language table to see how each language is abbreviated in an export.
The product export contains product information such as the name, description, prices and stock information. It contains the image location URLs and other information.
Click here for a description of each column in a product export.
Go to Editing Products via Import to learn how to import changes to your products.
The stock export contains data related to stock variants that contains many of the same fields as a Products export.
The three differences between the products export and the inventory export are:
The quote export includes the quote ID and your customer's name and email address.
Export your order data, including order status, product and customer data.
Exports packaging data to a .CSV file.
Exports billing information to a .CSV file. The export includes billing information, customer information, and shipping information.
The export of invoice items includes invoice data and information about the financial data such as discounts and taxes.
Exports data for paid orders.
Exports data for registered customers and guest accounts.
Exports data from products to which you have assigned filters, including the filters and selected values.
