This table provides an overview of all the information about the product filter values that you can export. This is useful when creating your worksheet for Product Filter Value Entry.

Column title descriptions

The column title descriptions are grouped by similarity for ease of understanding. If you plan to import one of the column titles into a group, consider importing the rest of the group as well, as the information is related.

Necessary

  • Internal ID - The internal ID of each product to which a filter value should be assigned.
    ​

    • Internal IDs are 8-digit numbers found in a product's export and in a product's web address.

  • Filter value 1 - The filter value to be assigned to a product.
    ​

    • The filter value must exist in eCom Back Office > Products > Filters.

    • Assign more than one filter value to a product by adding a comma between the filters.

Optional column

  • Filter value 2 - You can import as many additional filter columns as needed to import product filter values.
    ​

    • The filter value must exist in eCom Back Office > Products > Filters.
