The eCom import only recognizes English column titles. In order for Lightspeed eCom to automatically map each column to a field, do not translate the column name. For example, a Dutch user's import file must contain XX_Title_Short English, even though he has a Dutch interface.
To import translations for multiple languages, you must first add them to the eCom Back Office. You can add languages in the eCom Back Office > Settings > Internationalization.
Example 1
In each section of this article, you'll find column titles that contain XX, like this: XX_Title_Short. Here the abbreviation XX stands for the language abbreviation. Use this language table to add the correct abbreviation for your translated columns when creating your import file.
These product columns support multiple translations using language codes.

Example 2
An export with a title in English (UK) will have EN_ written before Title_Short to indicate its language, such as: EN_Title_Short. Also a Dutch title: NL_Title_Short.
