Export reports for Lightspeed Payments

These reports are only available to owners who have a subscription to Lightspeed Payments and have not connected their Retail POS to their eCom store. If your Retail is connected to eCom, read this article on payout reports.

You can exportthe payouts and transaction status reports using the eCom administrator via Tools > Exports.

  • Payouts Report - Provides an overview of the status of payouts and associated amounts. Helps you find out when you'll receive payments.

  • Transaction Status Report - Provides a list of transactions and their statuses, cards and amounts. Helps you find out if a payment has already been made and if a duplicate payment claim is valid, and helps you confirm the status of a refund.
