The eCom back office can only be integrated directly into DHL for eCom shops in Germany. Other integrated shipping companies available in your country may ship via DHL. For more information click here.
DHL offers an integration that creates shipping labels for your customers' orders and automatically forwards the shipment of the order to DHL.
Sign up here for a DHL company account to get started . The conditions for such an account are described on the DHL page. After successful registration, you will receive the login information to be entered in the DHL configuration page in the back office > Settings > Shipping Methods > Configure DHL.
The following DHL shipping methods are supported by us:
DHL package
DHL Euro Package
DHL Parcel International
DHL Packstation
Set up DHL by following these instructions:
In your eCom Back Office, navigate to Settings > Shipping Methods > Configure DHL .
Here you can enter the login details you received from DHL, including the User, Signature, Customer Number and the phone number and email address. You also have the option of doing a so-called "test run" (triggering a test print that is not automatically sent to DHL) and having the shipping address verified by DHL. Finally, enter the source address.
Add the shipping methods to the DHL configuration prices and weights.
Click on Add price, where you can choose between the 4 shipping methods for parcels.
For these instructions we choose "DHL Package":
The DHL Package configuration page opens:
Scroll down to the Configuration and Weights section. In Configuration, the free shipping and tax rate and your 2-digit DHL Partner ID are added. Now click on Weights > Adjust weight.
These weights are very important and should be entered exactly so that it appears as the shipping method in your checkout. The figures are in grams and indicate the different weight classes and their prices.
Then select the destination countries.
NOTE: If the shipping costs for another country are higher, repeat this process and create a new separate price for this country. For example, shipping from Germany to Switzerland costs more, so that a separate Swiss pricing is created:
Your DHL configuration is now complete.
