With this handy widget from Trustpilot you ensure that the reviews are always visible on your product page and homepage . Unlike the standard Trustpilot app, which sometimes causes conflicts with the checkout, this Plus+ app ensures perfect and seamless operation!

To install this add-on, an implementation from a developer is required . So it may take a while before the add-on is active. Simply click on " Request add-on " and let Plus+ notify our development heroes . πŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈ

After clicking " Request Add-on ", you would be redirected to " My Plus+ Add-ons " page. You will also see the following message appear in the top right corner of the dashboard.

After installation you will see that the add-on is in your overview , including installation date and status.

With this add-on, the status would first be "Pending" , this is because the developers would first have to add the code to your webshop. As soon as the developers are working on this you should see the status change to "Pending".

If the developers have added the code, this status will be set to "inactive" , so you can set it up properly and then activate it! βœ…

To activate the add-on, click on the hamburger menu and choose "activate". Prefer to see a preview in test mode first ? Which can. Click on " Activate in preview mode"and the add-on would only be visible to you. So not for the customers !

Settings βš™οΈ

To display the reviews properly, we would of course first have to configure a number of settings properly, so that everything is loaded correctly.
πŸ§‘β€βœˆοΈ Trustpilot name : This one is very important! Enter the name of your store's profile page on Trustpilot here. You can find this in the URL of your trustpilot page, in most cases this is the name of your webshop.

Here you see the name "DMWS" as company name.

πŸ§‘β€βœˆοΈ Business unit ID : Of course we need to create a link with Trustpilot. Enter the BusinessUnit ID of trustpilot here. This is a slightly more complicated step, so pay attention!
As a first step, go to: https://businessapp.b2b.trustpilot.com/trustbox/configuration/5419b6a8b0d04a076446a9ad
The Trustpilot page should open, click "Get code" here

The next screen would expand. Here, look for the field that contains the term: data- businessunit-id.
The code behind this is your Business Unit ID (the code between the "), copy it and paste it in this field.

Note: Paste the code without the ".
In the example, part of the data is protected for privacy and reuse because these are unique codes.

πŸ§‘β€βœˆοΈ Homepage Widget & Productpage Widget : What do you want the widget on the homepage to look like? If this is in the form of a carousel or slider , you also have the option to hide it from the homepage and/or product page.

πŸ§‘β€βœˆοΈ Whitespace above/below widget on Homepage/Productpage : How much whitespace (margin) do you want on the element? This way you create just a little more space, what do you like?

πŸ§‘β€βœˆοΈ Hide the product page widget at no reviews: Has your product not received any reviews yet? No worries! You can disable it here , so it doesn't say you have "No reviews" for this product. Just seems a little more reliable!

πŸ§‘β€βœˆοΈ Activate automatic review invitations: Do you want Trustpilot to automatically send review invitations when the customer has purchased the product? This way the customer can leave a product and shop review. Easy right?
