Let your customer easily send a message via WhatsApp, mail, Facebook Messenger or simply by phone.

Installation 🛠️

To install this add-on, no developer implementation is required . super handy! So it's a " one-click install ". Simply click on " Request add-on " and let Plus+ do the work for you! 👨‍⚕️

After clicking " Request Add-on ", you would be redirected to the " My Plus+ Add-ons " page. You will also see the following message appear in the top right corner of the dashboard.

​Add-on settings/overview ⚙️

After installation you will see that the add-on is in your overview , including installation date and status.
To activate the add-on, click on the hamburger menu and choose "activate". Prefer to see a preview in test mode first ? Which can. Click " Activate in preview mode" and the add-on would be visible only to you. So not for the customers !

Of course, this add-on also has settings . You obviously want to set up the widget so that people can contact you , otherwise you wouldn't have installed it. 😶‍🌫️

📯 How do you want the visitor to contact you : Perhaps the most important institution! Choice of: WhatsApp, Mail, Facebook Messenger, By phone or 'Other' .
📯 What should the widget link to? : What should the widget link to? For example to your facebook page. Do you want to link whatsapp? That is very easy!

📯 Contact form image: Which image do you want to use if you enable the 'Contact form' option? Recommended dimensions: 40x40px

📯 Contact widget background color : What color do you want the background color of the contact widget to be? Tip: Use the default color of the social media you are going to use!
📯 Icon color : What color should the icon be?
📯 Image for the contact widget (optional): Don't want to use the standard icons? Then you can upload your own, for example instagram or twitter. The image can be in .jpg or .png format. Dimensions: 100x100px
📯 Image width: How wide should the image/icon be displayed? Super handy when you want to control the width of your icon. Does it have to be BIG or small
​📯 Position label horizontal desktop: In which position do you want to display the label? Is this on the right or left side of the page?
​📯 Position label from side desktop:What position should the label be in exactly from the side? Play with this setting until it's perfect for you. So you can determine the position with this.
​📯 Position label from the bottom of the desktop : In which position should the label be exactly from the bottom? Play with this setting until it's perfect for you. So you can determine the position with this.

The settings for mobile work exactly the same as the settings above, only for mobile.
​📯 Position label vertical mobile product page: You can adjust the position of the contact widget for the mobile product page. This is for example a sticky add to cart bar. We recommend that you set this higher, so that the 'add to cart' button is not blocked!
